Studio Ghibli films are coming to Cinemas!!! - ジブリ作品が全国の映画館で上映決定！！

It has been over two months since the self-restraint request was made by the government. In Japan, most cinemas were closed to prevent COVID-19 from spreading during that time.

However, finally, cinemas are reopening gradually after the state of emergency was lifted. In addition, the good news is that we can watch the four Studio Ghibli film on a screen from June 26, 2020.

Four movies released

The theme of this great event is "Once in a lifetime, Ghibli at cinemas". It means this event is super precious because most of us have never watched Studio Ghibli films made years ago at cinemas.

This time, we can watch the four movies:

1. Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (1984)

2. Princess Mononoke (1997)

3. Spirited away (2001)

4. Tales from Earthsea (2006)

It has been over decades since these movies were released. Though a lot of people love them even now. If you have never watched them, please go watching.
